To the tune of Frère Jacques:
Ques-a-dill-a, Ques-a-dill-a Quesadilla! Quesadilla! I want quesadilla, I want quesadilla QUES-A-DILLA! | I want 'nana, I want 'nana ba-na-na! Ba-na-na! I want a banana, I want a banana na na nah, na na nah. |
This one is a little mixture:
Tinkle Tinkle ABC
How I wonder what you are
Up above the word so high
Diamond diamond in the 'ky
Next time won't you sing wif me
HOORAY! (throwing hands up over her head)
At daycare they sing a song that goes something like this:
__(name)__ is here today, __(name)__ is here today!
Everybody shout Hooray!__(name)__ is here today!
Ruby sings many different versions including: Mommy's here today, Daddy's here today, Grandpa's here today, Puppy's here today, and my personal favorite, Boobies here today.
She's been doing this for a while but the first time she did I was floored that she could actually make up words to a tune she already knows. I was like, what the what?! That little girl, she amazes me quite often.
